Once payment is received and the order is confirmed by email, please allow us 6 to 8 weeks to ship your piece to you for made-to-order pieces. Most pieces are made to order. If you have a deadline to be met, we may be able to accommodate so please feel free to email us at cs@jvinsardi.com, so you can provide the piece you are interested in and the date it is needed by and we can confirm if we can make magic happen!
If you need to change your shipping address, please immediately reach out to us at cs@jvinsardi.com. All pieces will be shipped via FedEx with signature required upon receipt. If you are unable to sign, the package will not be delivered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship pieces internationally. We are more than happy to ship your piece to a known domestic address or hold your order for pick up in our NYC showroom. Stay up to date on our busy event schedule because many of times we can arrange for a private viewing if we are in your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx 2-day shipping tracking number. Until your piece ships, you are always welcome to check-in with our team by email. (link email to cs@jvinsardi.com)

All sales are final. However, we stand by the integrity of our work and if for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the piece and we will find an immediate resolution. To learn more, please refer to our Product Care + Repair Guide.
JV Insardi stands behind the quality and care provided to each piece, but we do understand accidents and life happens, so therefore if damage occurred which needs to be addressed, please contact us at cs@jvinsardi.com and we will assist you.
